Statistics Computer Support Personnel
In general, it is best to send mail to support to
contact us. Usually, the response will come from one of us as
listed below.
General:

Brian Smith:
Primary areas of expertise: Unix, networking, security.
Responsibilities: mail server, web server, unix systems.

Eric Drake:
Primary areas of expertise: Windows and Macintosh.
Responsibilities: Windows servers and desktop.

Ryan Hayes:
Primary areas of expertise: Windows, Macintosh, HTML, Javascript,
PHP, MySQL.
Responsibilities: Undergradate instruction support, 341 lab,
webmaster.

Sean Ludemann:
Primary areas of expertise: Windows.
Responsibilities: Front line support, hardware issues.
Other Areas:

Programming Languages:
We don't debug programs, but can help in some cases.

Statistical Packages:
We do not know much about these packages as we aren't
statisticians, but we may be able to point you in the right
direction.

Classroom Computers:
For installs and problems with classroom/instructor
computers send mail to clasrmhlp@osu.edu. If this doesn't get
response, contact us.

Homenet:
We will try to answer questions about dialing in from
home, but these should most likely be directed to 688-HELP,
the OIT help line.

contact Brian Smith. Hopefully, you will not need to go beyond.
